About this Control Panel
Heater & Blower Control Panel for Industrial Automation
Our Heater & Blower Control Panel is specially designed for industrial automation applications where precise control of heating systems with forced air circulation is required. This panel ensures safe operation, protection, and intelligent automation of both the blower motor and the electrical heater, making it reliable for demanding industrial environments.
About the Control Panel
The panel is built to manage and safeguard critical heating and air circulation equipment. It integrates MCBs and MPCBs for protection against short circuits, overloads, and phase failures. High-duty contactors (K1, K2) provide safe switching of heavy loads such as blowers and heaters.
To ensure safety and sequencing, the panel uses timers (T1, T2) that allow the blower to start before the heater and continue running after the heater turns off for safe cooling. A series of relays (R0–R5) execute control logic and interlocking, while an SMPS power supply (24V DC) provides stable low-voltage power for control devices.
The design also includes clearly labeled terminals for easy wiring and maintenance, proper earthing for operator safety, and an industrial-grade enclosure to handle tough operating conditions.
